Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Fibre Lust, we take pride in delivering ethically crafted products with care and efficiency. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how and when your orders will reach you.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India, and international shipping is available for select products. If your location isn’t listed at checkout, please reach out to us directly.


2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • For made-to-order or handwoven items, processing may take up to 7–10 business days, depending on availability and production schedules.
  • You will receive a confirmation email and tracking details once your order is shipped.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Within India:
    Shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹1,999. For orders below ₹1,999, a nominal shipping fee will be added at checkout.
  • International Orders:
    Charges vary based on destination and weight. Final rates will be calculated at checkout.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
  • Tier 2/3 Cities & Northeast India: 5–9 business days
  • International Deliveries: 10–20 business days, depending on location

Please note that rural or remote areas may take longer for delivery.


5. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Natural calamities
  • Political disruptions
  • Courier service issues or weather conditions

Fibre Lust will not be held responsible for such unforeseen delays, but we will do our best to support you throughout.


6. Tracking Your Order

Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email. If you don’t receive it within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.


7. Address & Delivery Details

Please ensure your shipping address, mobile number, and pincode are accurate at the time of placing the order. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete details.


8. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post, and others to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.


9. Contact for Shipping Issues

If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We’ll coordinate with the courier and help resolve it at the earliest.
